SIZING TIPS: Fits true to size. This jockstrap fits the waist and then cinches. It can be worn below the waistline securely. Rolling of the waistband is expected during extreme activity. Rolling can be avoided during regular wear by wearing the Jock on you waist, below the belly, or over the belly.
