TRXDE Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your TRXDE gear efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.

Shipping Terms – FOB (Free on Board)
All shipments from TRXDE are made on FOB Origin terms. This means:

• Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the package is shipped.
• TRXDE is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs after your order leaves our facility.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods such as launches or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

International Shipping
Currently, TRXDE ships within certain countries. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues
TRXDE is not liable for packages lost or stolen after shipment, but we’re happy to assist in helping you file a claim with the carrier.
