You have probably heard it all over social media, but now you are hearing it from us. GO VOTE!!
Voting is one of the most important exercises of human freedom, and this upcoming election is one of the most important. It would be wrong for us to tell you how to vote, but it is definitely not wrong to make sure that you are registered and eligible.
MIDTERM VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE:
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD
EARLY VOTING HAS ALREADY BEGUN!
Are you eligible to Vote?
Voting rights are a sore spot for some black men. Either you are not registered to vote or you have had your voting rights temporarily suspended. The law no longer completely bars people from voting, and it is never impossible to check. Incarceration and homelessness have institutionally made it very difficult for some black men to vote, but please do not give up hope.
You can check the status of your voting rights and find a legal team in your area; not only to check, your status but also PETITION FOR YOUR RIGHT TO VOTE AGAIN!
